Cancellation Policy
Current Clients
If you need to cancel your appointment,
you have 24-hours to cancel free of charge.

If you cancel less than 24-hours,
50% of the service will be charged
to the credit card on file.
​
*Exceptions will be granted at the stylist discretion.
New Clients
For new clients, we require a 50% deposit that will be deducted from your day of services.
​
If you need to cancel your appointment,
a 48-hour advanced notice is required for the deposit to be refunded upon request or carried over to a rescheduled date.
​
If two consecutive cancellations occur, the deposit will not be refunded and will be forfeited.
