Salon Coordinator Position Info:

 

 

We are looking for someone that has salon experience, minimum 1 year working at a salon.

We are interested in individuals that are cheerful, self-motivated, enjoys interaction with people, willing to go the extra mile, works well with peers, goal oriented.

This is not a temporary position or a summer job, we are looking for someone who wants to grow with our company.

Applicants also need to be flexible with their hours. Below is our salon schedule. We are open Mon-Sat so you could potentially be asked to work any of those days.

• Tuesday 10-7

• Wednesday 10-7

• Thursday 10-7

• Friday 9-4

• Saturday 8-4

 

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Answering phones

• Checking guests in/out as well as booking appointments

• Light cleaning

• Anticipating guest and stylist needs

• Data entry

• Confirmation calls

• Updating and maintaining our social media

• Taking pictures of guests for social media
